It’s Sunday and you’ve woken up to the sound of trickling rain. It’s looking pretty grey and gloomy outside and the chances of you staying in are 100%.
It takes you a while to scoop yourself out of bed and because you either went to sleep over 12 hours ago (like grandma and grandpa) or just a few hours ago (gracias tequila), your stomach is churning and craving something sugary, fatty and healthy all at the same. You’re still a little dazed and confused having woken up from your beauty sleep or ‘lack thereof’ and all these food thoughts and flashbacks from the night before are overwhelming you to make any decisive decision. As well as the fact it's Monday tomorrow...
You: “We’ll I’ve missed breakfast… and its not yet lunch… ahh I just don't know what I feel like! Life is so hard!”
Me: Hellooooo, Is it brunch your looking forrrr? (Thanks Lionel) You: “ah ha! Why didn't I think of that? Genius.” Me: Because you probably still smell like alcohol and left half your brain in the cab…
But it’s ok! I don't judge! In fact, I’m here to make life easier for you with these 15 easy, breezy, delicious and unique brunch recipes!
Happy lazy Sunday.
